To place orders online, you will need to send three credit references, banking information, and your tax exempt certificate (if tax exempt) to edwardb@all-star-usa.com or fax 901-758-0816. Please allow up to 72 hours for verifying credit. If immediate shipment is required, your shipment will be made COD.
