Maxi-Aeration™ DO System

All-Star Products introduces the first VFD / Regenerative blower package for DO control in aeration applications.  The economy, reliability, and performance of the All-Star regenerative blower and the lower cost of specifically designed VFDs for aeration applications, provides a high performance and efficient aeration package.  The Maxi-Aeration Control is available to 150HP and with blowers, rated to 75 HP, 1400 scfm and 11.5 psi.  Potential savings the Maxi-Aeration System offers include:

Process Control
The present methods of controlling DO, such as utilizing butterfly valves and dumping the excess air to the environment or by frequently starting/stopping PD blowers are inefficient. The Maxi-Aeration Control continuously monitors your DO levels to provide the optimum oxygen level for bacterial growth during constant changes in:

  • Temperature of ambient air and water
